What information is available from the back office?

Your client profile, along with a variety of trade reports can be accessed from the back office portal.

Can I place a withdrawal from the back office?

Yes, if you wish to request funds from your account, you can simply submit the request from the back office portal and it is typically processed within one to two business days.

Can I place a trade audit request from the back office?

Yes, if there is a particular trade that you would like to query, you can request the trade audit and provide us with the trade details from the portal.

Where can I pull a summary report of all the transactions placed in my account?

On the reports section, you can pull a detailed or summary statement for all the transactions placed on the trading account from a specific period.

What are your spreads?

The spreads we provide are variable and not fixed. In order to view live market spreads, you can create a demo account.

Can I PDF the trading summary report?

Yes, once you pull the summary report for a specific time period, you can select to generate the report in PDF.

Do I receive monthly statements?

Yes, the account will receive monthly PDF statements sent to the email address on file with our firm. If you wish to stop receiving the statements, you can place a request with our Accounts Department.

Where can I see the historical swap prices?

On the reports section, under the swap history tab, you can pull the swap rates for a specific date.

Where I request an additional trading account from the back office?

On the profile section, you have the ability to request an additional trading account. Our accounts department will notify you once the new account has been created.
