Connectivity and Login Troubleshooting
ERROR:
THINGS TO CHECK:
1.) User name and password are case sensitive. Be sure to type in exactly as seen.
2.) Caps lock button. Be sure the caps lock is off.
3.) Wrong account. Be sure that the User ID and Password are the correct one for the account being accessed.
4.) Demo account expired. Has the demo time period expired? Call ATC Brokers.ERROR:
No error but disconnected after logging inTHINGS TO CHECK:
1.) Verify that firewall is not blocking prod.openecry.com or sim.openecry.com
2.) To allow ATC Trader to connect to our servers you need to allow outbound connections to ports 9200 and 9201 through your firewall.
3.) Connectvity to the internet, check yahoo.com or google.com, see if websites display.
